①Management the maintenance of civil, building

-Maintain building and external, Planning the investment and maintenance, Implementation

-Manage external service providers, contractors

-Site assessment for building and external

②Coordinator for building technologies competence group in Japan locations

- Leading the potential bundling purchasing through analysis the demand of other locations

- Technical support to other location on demand

[仕事内容]

①土木・建築の維持管理全般

-建物・外構の管理と設備投資・修繕計画及び実施業務

-外部業者の管理業務

-建物アセスメント業務

②日本全拠点建築技術コーディネーター業務

-他事業所(寄居、むさし、栃木、横浜、他十数拠点)の需要を分析し、協働購買などを主導する業務

-他事業所(寄居、むさし、栃木、横浜、他十数拠点)の需要に応じた技術的支援

資格

-10 years project experience in oversea as a member of general contractor

- Factory construction project experience as building engineer

-1st class architect (optional)

-1st class building construction engineering license

-Able to understand document in English and correspond email in English

-Native Japanese language skill

-Recognize efficiency, KPI and able to adopt improvement activities to daily work

-Able to prepare presentation document from reviewer perspective

[資格要件]

-建設ゼネコンでの海外プロジェクトの経験が10年以上あること

-建築技術者として工場の建設に携わった経験がある

-一級建築士(任意)

-一級建築施工管理技士

-英語の文書が理解でき、メールのやり取り程度ができる

-日本語ネイティブレベル

-効率、KPIを意識し、日常的に改善活動を取り入れることができる

-相手の立場で説明資料が作成できる
